Impact Core Matrix: A 40% wood composite material is impregnated with wood fibers to create a core that is super durable, environmentally friendly, and smooth flexing. On the Artifact and Headline, this core is designed for the abuse of jibbing and all-mountain riding. Flex With Pop – something that we design into our hoards in a wide variety of ways. Our core design has always been one of the ways that we optimize smooth, feel-good flex with a high energy-return pop that is distinctive to a Rome board. Through the design process, we also control for lightness and 100-day durability.
