Head's got news: an "intellectual chip" built into top models. The faster you ride, the more "energy" it "converts" and so makes your board more stiff with the help of "intellectual fibers". Another news is "cool embossed medal" built right into top sheet, multilayered graphics and super-glossy finish. From now on, snowboarding will never be the same :). Enjoy the new collection of Head.

Although we don't accept pictures of this quality (they've been cut straight from the official site) on SnowDB, the collection has been offline for a while without any use and it looks like there's no way to find pics of better quality, so we decided to publish it, cause riders must have the information, that's the rule. Hey Todd, bad work ! ;)

As you might have notices, we have this useful and cool new quick search feature which will save a some time and clicks. Today we're gonna tell you how to use it, and that's not all: we also made it possible to search straight from the browser without opening SnowDB first!

Using the advanced search

We'd like to introduce you to the advanced search: although its blue tab looks big and scary and filled with lots of fields and switches, it's easy to use and you can get really interesting results. It's enough to set only one parameter to do an advanced search. For instance, Waist width: from: 25 (cm) - will give you all boards with waist widths starting from 25 cm.
Here's a list of things you can do with the advanced search, combined and separately:

A full Nitro 2008/2009 collection was added yesterday. Lots of variations (wide, midwide etc.), lots of models. Enjoy. We can say there is wise people at Nitro whose responsibility is to do products website: the information we needed was there to take. Good work Nitro.
O-Matic 2008/2009 collection ready

We've just finished preparing data for the O-Matics new collection, but we can't find their pictures in good quality. We've tried to contact O-Matic but there's no answer. So we made screenshots from their site, and we had to cut out all transworlds awards emblems. It doesn't look too fine when set next to other brands pictures, so maybe it'll make Todd Richards and his people wake up ;)
This year O-Matic has a perfect flash site with animations, and it's not so great that the text of descriptions is not selectable and it's up to you to decide whether it's a "Benetar" or "Benatar" women's board they have ;)
Option's new site should have launched a week ago but...

Option had a cool countdown thing on their site saying something like "Launching new site in 00:00:21:43:12". But when the time came, the counter just stopped, and that was it. The guys have been keeping that dead counter on their website for a week by now.
