Snowboard Unity Ultra Light Series 2008/2009

The Ultra Light Series is a brand new line for 08-09. Vectran®/Carbon Fiber material makes the boards incredibly llight weight and responsive. These boards are the most high-performance boards we have ever made. Effortless carves and the ability to pop ollies off everything make them a blast to ride. Vectran® is a new type of composite material that has super high damping qualities and is pound for pound five times stronger than steel. We are using a full-length wood core in the ULS boards. The wood core combined with the Vectran®/Carbon material makes these boards one pound lighter than our regular boards.

Snowboard Unity Pride 2008/2009

The Pride is the ultimate do it all directional freestyle board. Directional in shape and flex, which makes them great for freeriding. Deep sidecuts for quick response, which makes them great in the park or pipe. The Pride is a great board for the rider who wants one board to do it all. We continue to use our proven Carbon Wrapped Core on the Pride. The Carbon Wrap creates two X designs under each foot that give a very snappy and lively feel to the board.

Snowboard Unity Dominion 2008/2009

The Dominion is our classic freeride board. Available in wide and regular widths from 155cm all the way up to 180cm. This is the board to charge any line on any mountain. The Dominions are directional in shape and flex. Stiffer tails allow the nose to float well in powder and the tail to hold an edge better under pressure. All Dominion boards feature our Carbon Wrapped Core design. We hand wrap Carbon Fiber around the core to create two X designs under each foot increasing the torsional responsiveness of the board.

Snowboard Unity Pintails 2008/2009

The Pin Tail board design is the ultimate in all-mountain freeriding versatility. Tapered shapes sink the tail while keeping the nose afloat to increase speed in deep snow. This allows the board to respond very quickly and easily in any snow condition imaginable. The sidecuts of the Pin Tails are tapered to match the narrower tail. This makes them carve turns earlier in the turn initiation, because the sidecut is angled in the direction of the turn. They carve and ride very well on hard pack. We add the Carbon Wrap around the cores of the Pin Tails to increase response and snap in and out of turns.

The Rise boards have the same award winning shape as the Prides. There is no Carbon Fiber added to the Rise so they have a softer flex than the Pride. This makes them a great board for lighter weight rider or riders who like a softer more forgiving feel to their board. Full-Length Wood Cores, 2001 Sintered Base, and our reliable two-year warranty make the Rise a great all terrain board for a great price.

Snowboard Unity Virgo 2008/2009

The Virgo is our high performance women’s specific board. They are directional is shape and flex with a centered radial sidecut. The centered radial sidecut makes the board perform well forward or switch. Virgo boards feature our Light Weight Tri-Axial Fiberglass for reduced board weight and a softer flex pattern.

The Virgo is a brand new board line for women riders. After a couple years of requests for a womens specific board we now have a high performance board geared for female riders. The Virgo boards feature our Light Weight Tri-axial fiberglass for reduced board weight and softer flex pattern. We have added one carbon fiber stringer running tip to tail for added snap. The Virgo boards are directional in shape and flex with a centered radial sidecut. The centered radial sidecut allows the boards to perform well forward or switch. The sidecuts on the Virgo series are deeper than any of our other boards allowing for quick and easy carves. Lighter weight, narrower waist widths for smaller feet, and deeper sidecuts for a more responsive feel. Those are the features that make the Virgo a high performance women’s specific board.

Snowboard Unity Origin 2007/2008

The Origin boards offer the rider a completely twin tip shape and flex. The centered stance makes them perfect for the dedicated park and rail rider. With a centered sidecut, stance and flex the Origins are a true twin park board. This year we are adding wood veneer impact pads under the toe and heel on each foot area. Wood veneer is the perfect materail to add strength and snap because of the power of the natural grains of the wood. The grains of the veneer are very impact resistant. Which makes the Origins perfect for resisting the abuse that park riding can put on a board.
