The Prolight was built to be genetically advanced from its base to its core, to take your riding to a new level of speed and confidence. The shape and flex of this board make it very versatile for all mountain ripping. The new nanotech sintered Speed Formula II base is tuned for max durability and to be lightning fast in all snow conditions. The Powerlight core combined with Pentalight laminates makes for an unbelievably lightweight board without being twitchy at mach speeds or landings. New for 2010 are the integrated rock bands, additional fibers extracted from basalt rock, adding strength and more snap off the lip or speed out of a turn.

The Blacklight is Andreas’s and the team’s go to board when they need to step it up in the backcountry or all mountain terrain. This board destroys it for riding bigger and faster. It is a mid-wide deck that is ultra lightweight, super responsive and reacts like a tuned, high tech shred weapon. The directional twin shape has an extended nose and tail resulting in smooth powerful landings, both forward and switch. For 2010 the new sintered Speed Formula II base offers mind numbing speed to haul ass in all snow conditions.

The stretched nose and tail design enables you to pull switch spins and stomp powder landings without diving under. The Misfit was designed for the rider who learns a trick in the park just so they can take it to the backcountry and adapt it to high speed gaps and big mountain drops.

Once again Andreas has been inspired by other boards in the line, so he changed the nose and tail to be more like the Blacklight for increased all terrain versatility. The added width of the board makes it stable in landings and the sintered Speed Formula base keeps you marching in all conditions. We have also added the new Ballistic Impact panels for added durability. We have given Andreas the tools that he needs to get back to back wins in the X-Games. He is always pushing himself and Nitro to build the perfect board.

Snowboard Nitro Eero Ettala Pro Model 2009/2010

Once again Eero has made an amazing season, stepping up and innovating tricks on jumps, rails or whatever he is riding. He lives and breaths snowboarding. Each one of Eero’s pro models is tuned and designed to fit the situation that he is riding in. With all that he rides durability is a factor so we have added Ballistic Impact panels for ultimate strength. A softer flex in the smaller sizes makes the board more maneuverable at slow speeds. In addition, he incorporated a profile tip which planes in powder and has less swing weight.

The Eero AM series is the same exact shape as his pro model just sized down for our smaller team riders. We use the Powercore in these boards because of its strength to weight ratio and we can make it softer for lighter riders. At the rate that these riders are progressing we have built a board that can keep up with their level of skill.
