Nomex Honeycomb core made of impregnated aramid fiber is ten times lighter than wood and has an excellent strengthto-weight ratio. Because Nomex is not affected by moisture, corrosion does not occur like it does with cores made of aluminum or paper. Our Honeycomb is filled with 99% air.
